Marv McGuire is a real estate investor based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Before founding Heartsill Capital Partners with his wife of 30 years, Victoria, Mr. McGuire worked as a Sales Executive for several Information Technology (IT) services firms focused on the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal government. During this time, Marv led several large-scale efforts to design, build, manage and employ industry-leading sales techniques to drive growth, but more importantly, he learned to truly appreciate the incredible importance of genuine and authentic relationships. Marv loves connecting with and helping people. Prior to his decade in corporate sales, Marv served 25 years in the United States Navy.
