We brought management in house to link operations across the nearby communities and are executing a value-add plan: interior renovations, targeted plumbing work, select roof replacements, and refreshed amenities including a dog park, upgraded signage, a gazebo, playgrounds, and grills. The location places residents minutes from national retailers at Abercorn Mall, about twenty minutes from the Savannah Riverwalk, and within the growth corridor anchored by Hyundai’s new EV plant.
