Real Estate Hustlers with Josh Appelman

274 units Under Mgmnt / 210 invested passively with Marv McGuire | Episode 94 On this Real Estate Hustlers Podcast episode, we will be talking with Marv McGuire (Commander, U.S. Navy, ret.) retired after 25 years of service in 2013 and worked as a Senior Director of Business Development for multiple federal defense contractors until 2023. Immediately before entering the commercial real estate market, Mr. McGuire worked for IBM. He was responsible for the complete lifecycle of customer engagement, sales, and support to corporate strategic pursuits in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Special Operations Forces. Like many military veterans, Marv and his wife, Victoria, moved multiple times over this period and bought, invested, and occasionally became “unexpected landlords” for a variety of reasons; the lessons learned while managing these assets accelerated their interest in and transition to commercial real estate.

Having the ability to seriously invest in real estate without dealing with the challenges of ownership is a perfect balance for our family. With Scott and his team at the helm, we are confident that our investments are in the right hands.
